How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Is insurance accepted?

Is a sliding scale or reduced-fee sessions offered?

Yes, a limited number of sliding scale appointments based on financial need are available. If cost is a concern, please reach out by clicking Contact Form.

What can be expected in the first session?

The first session is a chance to get to share what’s bringing you to therapy, discuss your goals and ask questions about the therapeutic process.

How long will therapy take?

Therapy is a highly individual process. Some clients benefit from short-term work (6–12 sessions), while others engage in longer-term therapy. Your progress will be regularly reviewed and goals will be adjusted as needed.

How will I know if therapy is working?

While the process of change can vary from person to person, you may notice increased insight, experience emotional relief, develop or improve coping skills, and/or recognize positive changes in your relationships and behaviors.
